I love the James River. This is of a dock in Suffolk Virginia near Respass Beach Road. The day was really hot and hazy and I’m surprised ANY blue showed up in the sky at all. But wonderfully, as soon as you stood near the river in the shade of old growth trees, the temperature became comfortable…  All we were missing was a mint julip…
